We were served by Mr Jamal today and had a lovely breakfast! He took extra care to check in every few minutes and made sure our tea was piping hot - he even warmed our teacups. I appreciated the extra care. The breakfast food was solid and the atmosphere was enjoyable as well, not too rowdy. I can't wait to visit again!

Excellent customer service. We had a wonderful dinner on last Sunday. The food was good, like Lobster Macaroni & Cheese. And also, we had a Mason Jar for our dessert, it’s yummy and good taste.

The food was absolutely delicious—we truly enjoyed every bite! The service provided was amazing and made the experience even more special. It was my husband's birthday, and they made it perfect—he was so happy. A special thanks to Yogita and Rana for taking such great care of us!

Really nice ambience when you walk straight into the restaurant. The interior is far better to the last time I visited. Special thanks to Andrew who looked after us the whole evening, despite having a busy night during the England vs Spain match. He was really nice and catered to our needs. I really enjoyed the food. Will definitely recommend if you want to enjoy and celebrate a special occasion like I did. My favourite part was the steak, they really know how to accurately execute how you personally prefer the steak. Though the rolls did lack in my opinion since it tasted underwhelming compared to the rest of the menu I had tried. I would also recommend the croquettes, was nice and succulent and had a rich colour to them. Overall. I really enjoyed everything from the service to the food. Will be coming back again

We had an amazing dinner at Steak & Lobster. I had fish and chips and my husband had a steak. Everything was perfect. Especially I want to mention our server Nadia. She was very attentive, polite and friendly. Also her recommendations were top notch. Nadia, thank you for making our dinner so lovely in our first night in London.

Steak & Lobster Warren Street offered us delightful dining experience that balanced quality cuisine with commendable service. Firstly, the service stood out during our visit. Despite arriving nearly 30 minutes late due to traffic in Soho, a quick call to the restaurant ensured our reservation was adjusted without hassle. I usually panick when I am late but the quick resolution by the team helped us well. Secondly, the food was impressive across the board. We started with the beef rolls, accompanied by a dipping sauce—likely a blend of soy and sweet soy—that was so delectable I used it with other dishes as well. My wife was giving me a surprised look seeing me use that sauce with the fries. The full lobster was a highlight; it was easy to break open, allowing us to enjoy the succulent meat without struggle, unlike experiences at other establishments. The wagyu burger was cooked to perfection, and the heirloom tomato feta salad provided a fresh and tangy balance to our meal. In addition, the ambiance, though simple, does justice to the food it serves. Finally, while the overall experience was positive, the premium pricing may be a consideration for some. However, given the quality of food and service, this Steak & Lobster location is an excellent choice for work dinners or special occasions.

Two days ago, I made the great decision to celebrate my birthday at the Steak and Lobster restaurant in Warren Street. My friends and I had an amazing and very enjoyable time in this beautiful place. Not only was the food good and tasty. More importantly, the entire team (reservations and floor staff combined) gave us a very special and high quality experience and for that, I couldn't thank them enough. Once again, thank you so much for making this dinner unique.

CRacking little restaurant inside the Radisson hotel. We went for our anniversary and we weren’t disappointed. Best T- bone steak I’ve had to date and the service was excellent. Yogita being exceptional. Would highly recommend and will visit again when we’re next in London. Seen a few reviews that have said it’s pricey, but I think it’s more than fair for what you get. Also received a little gift as an anniversary present, which was a nice little touch.
